Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Unified Merchant Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "Maker") and The Crafty Rabbit, a Sole Proprietorship operating in Greenville County, South Carolina ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website https://thecraftyrabbit.com, the Smart Shop Labels web application (https://labels.thecraftyrabbit.com), and all related digital tools and services.

2. Membership Structure & Active Tier Requirements

Smart Shop Labels operates on a tiered access model designed so users can verify print compatibility on their own hardware using the Free Shop Basic tier prior to purchasing:

• Free Shop Basic Tier ($0): Includes access to the core label studio, the Shop Essentials blueprint pack, and up to four (4) labels per print sheet.
• Hobbyist Pass ($10.00 USD / Year): An annual subscription unlocking an unlimited print sheet queue, Cloud and Local Vault storage, and all 150+ Hobbyist Blueprint packs.
• Certified Pro Lifetime Upgrade (+$10.00 USD One-Time Modifier): The Certified Pro upgrade is a one-time upgrade modifier attached to an active Hobbyist Pass membership. It unlocks Custom Label Dimensions, QR/Barcode generation, and Cricut Print-Then-Cut registration frames. An active Hobbyist Pass subscription is required to utilize Hobbyist and Certified Pro privileges. If an annual Hobbyist Pass lapses, the one-time Certified Pro upgrade remains permanently credited to your profile and will automatically reactivate whenever your Hobbyist Pass is active.

4. Intellectual Property & License Grant

All software source code, vector fastener silhouettes, curated blueprint datasets, user interface layouts, and branding associated with Smart Shop Labels and The Crafty Rabbit are the proprietary intellectual property of The Crafty Rabbit. You are granted a personal or internal workshop license to generate and print physical labels for your shop, tools, and inventory. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the software code, vector packs, or digital label templates as a competing digital product or template pack.

5. Workshop Safety & Limitation of Liability

Our tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Smart Shop Labels provides fastener specifications, driver callouts, and organization tags for convenience, the User remains solely responsible for verifying actual hardware ratings, load capacities, electrical safety, and tool clearances in their physical workshop. In no event shall The Crafty Rabbit be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the total fees paid by you to The Crafty Rabbit in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of The Crafty Rabbit services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
